Just popping in to say hi. As of the time I’m writing this post (8:30pm on Wednesday), the only one in our house with the Norovirus is Lucy. #KNOCKONWOOD

It came on fast and hard for Lucy about 6:30 Tuesday night and lasted allllll night long. When we put her to bed last night, her fever had finally broken, it had been 12 hours since she’d vomited, but she still hadn’t eaten anything.
From what I’ve heard from her school, Lucy’s teacher plus TWELVE students in her class are out with it . . . plus many students from other classes. Did I mention that I helped ALL the first graders shop at the book fair on Monday afternoon?!

Matty and I are on pins and needles wondering who will drop next: me, him, or Emmy Roses. We’re praying that, somehow, the rest of us are spared.

For the most part, Lucy is handling it like a champ. I’m hoping a good night’s sleep will really help her feel better. In the meantime, we’ll be here crossing our fingers, toes, and anything else we can cross hoping that no one else gets it. #miraclesdohappen
Have a great weekend . . . the jury’s still out on how ours will go!
XOXO
