It’s Thursday again. Are the weeks FLYING by for anyone else?
We’ve had a pretty standard week around here, which is just the way I like it.
Raspberry cooked up some M&Ms for breakfast the other morning.

The girls thought it was hilarious, and I was the best mama ever when I let them eat all the M&Ms!

We’ve been playing library with all of our Christmas books. It’s nowhere near as fun as going to the real library, but it’s the best we can do right now.

Lately Emily and I (and Penny!) have been enjoying some morning relaxation time on the couch after we drop Lucy off at school. The sluggish winter months are upon us!

Oh. My. Word. This popped up on my Facebook memories from two years ago. There is no greater show of love in the Kissel house than sharing your cookie dough with someone! This right here was true sisterly love.

Big news at the Kissel house: we got a new dog! We traded this one in . . .

. . . and brought home this one! hahahaha

Penelope Pudding got her second grooming, and it’s a little short. The good news is that the curls should grow back quickly.

Lucy was excited to see Penelope’s haircut when she got home from school.

Some hardcore morning snuggles.

The checker board pattern on the inside of this Bath and Body Works box was calling Emily’s name . . . so much so that she had to cram herself inside of it to color.

Emily was helping me peel some carrots and got a little carried away with this one. It was very shiv-like, which made us remember . . .

. . . last Christmas when she turned her candy cane into her own personal protection instrument!

An evening Target drive up order with my two girls in the back and my furry girl up front! (Yes, Carla, I’m kissing my dog!!)

This weekend Raspberry is going to bring all the fixings for some special hot cocoa to enjoy while watching The Polar Express. The girls have never seen it, so I’m looking forward to watching it with them. We’re going to enjoy a laid back weekend before the craziness of Penelope getting spayed, dentist appointments, and Christmas parties gets mixed in for next week. Lucy’s class is having a Grinch day next Friday, and I apparently have to learn how to do her hair like Cindy Lou Who. YouTube, here I come!
Have a great weekend!
XOXO
