Have I sold you on it yet? If not, maybe this picture will . . .
This cake is pretty amazing and super easy to make. You most likely have all of the ingredients in your pantry already, so it makes for a pretty impressive dessert to just throw together last minute. You can mix all of the ingredients together right in the baking dish. Yay, no extra bowls to wash!! When you mix it all together it looks like a big dish of messy liquid. But then while it bakes, it magically turns into a moist, delicious brownie surrounded by hot fudge sauce. And then you serve it over vanilla ice cream. Goodness gracious, does it get any better than that?!
One thing I like about this recipe is that it bakes for about 40 minutes, so I usually throw everything together and then put it in the oven as we are sitting down to eat dinner. By the time we’ve eaten and cleaned up we have a yummy, warm dessert waiting to be devoured. And devour we do!

This is a Betty Crocker recipe, and she really knows her stuff. However, she suggests you add a cup of chopped nuts to the recipe, and I never do. Nuts and raisins have no business in my (or any!) baked goods. Ever. On this issue my brother and I will eternally disagree.
I hope I haven’t oversold this recipe. It really is delicious. Try it. I guarantee you’ll love it or your money back . . . or at least my deepest apologies for wasting your time. 😉
Holy Brownie Batman!! This looks incredible. And you've made this more than once?? You've been keeping it a secret?? I'll be making this soon.
haha! It's one of those desserts I forget about for awhile. Then I make it again and think, "Why haven't I made this in so long?!" The kiddos will love it!
Dessert looks wonderful but we need more pictures of Lucy! Lol she beats out all sugary delights. Xo
